CITE PENNSYLVANIA/DELAWARE

YEAR IN REVIEW 2008

The very breath of our being is the foundation of a unique individual. This person exists in the mirror of your choice…

Reading STARS is a unique tutoring program, structured so that anyone with a fifth grade reading level can volunteer and help a child get up to speed in less than 40 hours.  Based on a study done by the National Reading Panel (NRP), Reading STARS is the most comprehensive and evidence-based early reading program available for bringing children up to grade-level reading.

Reading STARS works for virtually every child, every time.  The reason it is singularly effective in turning a struggling reader into a fluent reader is that it is built on a tangible structure that guides a child through the essential steps of this most basic skill.  The results are measurable and dramatic.

critical information to prepare our membership for the upcoming changes that our company will experience. As we move into this new year, I am excited to move forward with positive ideas, new concepts and the ability to interact with our members. It is important that we begin to educate ourselves in order to prepare  for the future. We can accomplish these goals through self empowerment and increased self awareness. I encourage our members to submit any ideas concerning our newsletter. Open Communication will make our chapter stronger as a family.
